Fresh, Fun and Tasty Vietnamese Cuisine for Family!   
I’m thrilled to share a variety of Vietnamese traditional nutritious, and fun dishes made from scratch, and for sure you will create this repeatedly for your daily gourmet meals. This hands-on experience will allow you to refine your skills, and your time, effort, and love will truly shine through in the results.  
Let's roll up our sleeves, fresh start with homemade Banh Mi (Vietnamese/French baguette).  Move on to homemade pate, whipping up a bowl of mayonnaise, sweet and sour radish and carrot picked and grilled chicken to stuff the Banh Mi. We will add some personal touch and make this grilled chicken brimming with freshness. This vibrant dish is just perfect company with rice/rice noodle, veggies, herbs and sweet, tangy (nuoc cham) and you can serve this as a main course.  It’s a beloved dish enjoyed by people around the world and worth trying!  
Let’s build our dessert with vibrant colors, lots of protein, and fun to create with 3 colors of soft beans, green bouncy jelly cubes with pandan flavors, rich coconut flavor and slushy ice on top. This is one of my favorite desserts for all season.

Try with your own hands making Banh Xeo Nam Bo (sizzling crispy and savory crepes) with nuoc cham and vibrant vegetables.  
Pho, aromatic rice noodle bowl with chicken and beef is just too good to have at any time of the day. 
Let's make a large bowl of fresh and tasty Goi Ga Xe Phay (split/tearing chicken salad with vegetable and herbs). This salad is delightful and can be served by itself.  
Will writing up this menu it reminded me of my childhood and the fun time cooking with my family and neighbors as well.
 I often take the whole coconut shell around to see who is available to help me to crack it up so I can get the juice as well as the flesh at the same time so there is no waste in the kitchen!  My family loves to have this dessert during the cold winter nights. Please let’s try sweet black beans with lily bulbs and clementine flavor, sweet glutinous rice with coconut to sweeten up your lips.
